Editorial Philosophy
We do not chase trends. We publish enduring works—crafted with excellence and chosen for their ability to move readers. The process of publishing with Silent Clamor is as thoughtful and intentional as the work itself. Our authors are treated with dignity, and their vision respected. We champion great stories in all their forms—fiction or nonfiction, historical or speculative, structured or untamed.
What We’re Seeking
Thank you for considering Silent Clamor to publish your work. We are currently accepting submissions of complete manuscripts. Our vision is simple: we’re seeking exceptional stories—works that are emotionally resonant, structurally whole, and unafraid to explore what lies beneath the surface. What unites our catalog isn't form but purpose: compelling storytelling that transforms how readers see themselves and the world. We seek writers who understand that universal themes can emerge from any story told with skill and integrity, though we are particularly drawn to stories that confront the profound—consciousness, intimacy, death, trauma, divinity—and the mysteries that bind them.
We invite you to send your manuscript to us at editions@silentclamor.com.
Submission Requirements:
Novels, Novellas, or Short Story Collections
Standard professional formatting
No erotica
No AI-generated content
Submit only .doc, .docx or .pdf files (all other file types will not be opened)
We accept manuscripts between 25,000 and 90,000 words.
We’re not interested in early drafts, loose collections, or overwritten work. If your manuscript is on the shorter end, it must still be fully realized. If it’s approaching the upper limit, it should be tightly crafted.
Additional Information
We typically acquire first serial or one-time publication rights. Authors retain full copyright to their work. We welcome simultaneous submissions, but ask that you notify us if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere. For previously published works, a signed rights reversion letter or other acceptable proof of full rights ownership must be submitted before contract execution.
